By using our AC, fridge and washing machine repair and maintenance services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service.

1. Scope of Services

IceFlow Cooling Systems provides AC, fridge and washing machine repair and maintenance services (but not limited to):

System diagnostics

• Component repair or replacement
• Regular maintenance and tune-ups
• Installation assistance (if applicable)

All services are performed by qualified technicians based on the condition and model of your equipment.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

Customers must provide accurate information about the issue and the AC system when scheduling an appointment. We strive to arrive on time; however, appointments may be delayed due to traffic, emergencies, or unforeseen issues. Missed or canceled appointments with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing will be discussed before service begins.
• Invoices are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may be subject to interest or service charges.

4. Warranty & Liability

• Service work may be covered under a limited warranty, which will be detailed on the invoice.
• Manufacturer warranties apply only to eligible parts; IceFlow Cooling Systems  ( www.iceflowcooling.in ) does not extend or modify them.
• We are not liable for system failures due to misuse, neglect, or unrelated issues after service is completed.
• No responsibility is taken for damage due to faulty systems, user errors, or lack of proper maintenance.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe and clear access to the service area
• Informing us of any unusual system issues or previous repairs
• Ensuring pets, valuables, or fragile items are secured during service visits
• Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay or cancel your service.

6. Emergency & After-Hours Services

Emergency services may be available at an additional cost and are subject to technician availability. IceFlow Cooling Systems  ( www.iceflowcooling.in ) reserves the right to decline non-urgent requests outside of regular business hours.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

• There is a risk to technician safety
• The client violates these terms
• The service request falls outside our scope of expertise
